Deliveries and returns

Upon delivery:

When your package is delivered, we recommend that you check the condition of its packaging.

If you notice that the latter is damaged: you must report it to the carrier on the delivery note in handwritten form accompanied by your signature. Please send us an email to inform us, following which we will give you the address to which you must send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within a maximum of 48 hours, this procedure aims to assert your word against the carrier.

Upon receipt of your order:

When opening your package, if you notice an error in the processing of your order, in particular an item that is missing or does not correspond to your order, you must notify us by email within 7 working days of receipt of your order.

Return procedure:

In accordance with our  general conditions of sale  Returns for refund must be made within 14 business days, and must be shipped within 7 business days.

The Products must be returned to Sylvie Strohl, Intemporel Urbain at the following address:

The Products must be returned properly protected and in their original packaging. They must be in perfect condition for resale. Any Product returned incomplete, damaged, washed, damaged, deteriorated, soiled, even partially will not be refunded or exchanged.

The Customer returns the products. We recommend keeping proof of return to facilitate procedures in the event of a problem occurring during transport.

Except in cases of lack of conformity or hidden defects in the Product, the costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
